It has been updated since we stayed there in 2016-lovely job! Everything was clean and comfortable. It is very close to the homes of our friends in Alsbach which makes it very convenient for visits. The breakfasts were delicious and the owner and staff were very welcoming!

Good hotel for one night. Indoor swimming pool. Restaurant not so good (no other restaurants close by sonce the hotel is situated on a hilltop).
Lufthansa hotel and they quite succesfully tried to let is look like an airport gate. Unfortunately with the same lack of atmosphrere.

Loved the location and design of the hotel. The rooms were beautifully sedigned in a modern minimalist fashion. There was plenty of hot water and you can get the room pitch black by closing the drapes. There are a few english news channels on the TV. Thermostat is responsive and you can control the fan speed as well. While not right next to the airport, parking in the covered garage is free and you have a fabulous buffet and recreational facilities. The large outdoor patio opens up on trails through a wooded landscape and overlooks a valley.

Good environment, on a hill surrounded by forest, a lot of nature hideouts to enjoy the nature, jogging path and bicycle service are available for active people. Very convenient shuttle bus between the hotel and Frankfurt international airport. Trams also available going between Darmstadt city and between towns. Rooms are tidy and clean, buffet breakfast is good.
We love this hotel and stay here en route to other parts of Europe. The hotel employees are all very friendly and service-oriented and we love the setting in the woods. The breakfast is delicious and it's nice to have the option of eating dinner here as well. The pool was open again and our children spent hours there. Highly recommend!
This castle setting is a very good value for an upper end hotel. The spa facilities were wonderful and the staff were extremely professional and polite. Especially Tedeous at the front desk and Ceci at the spa. Extremely good job of protecting against COVID.
Perfect location for a one night stop on the way from Hamburg to France. Very clean, modern, safe hotel. interior is impressive, the breakfast is exceptional, swimming pool was wonderful for proper relaxing evening.
