I had to pay 12 Euro for at guestcard, but the staff spoke only german, and could not tell me what to use it for, but had to pay anyway. I dont know what I had done if I could not speake at bit of german. I find it sad that a place like this dont think than not only Germans go to this place....

The location was not bad. The kitchen supplies were sufficient (pan, plates, cutlery). There was a Tchibo coffee machine.

Exceptional breakfast, very pleasant staff and good semi-soft bed, which I definitely like. We were there in late autumn time, almost everything in the city was closed, but there was a sauna and comfortable pool. We truly like it!

It is a very small city and compared to other touristic cities at Rugen it does not catch up. But that is exactly why we decided to stay here, remotely, since the island is relatively small and you can easily travel anywhere by car.
Sagard is a small and quiet village in the center of the island of Rügen. The location of the apartment is very good, it is a good starting point for further trips. The owners are very nice people, the apartment is quite big, a bit dark and even during the day you have to keep the lights on. The bathroom was new and clean. The kitchen had enough equipment. Large and beautiful garden with facilities for children. Parking place available.
It was good that there was a sauna inside the hotel because I couldn't go out for two days of my stay in the hotel and used the sauna downstairs, which was clean and good.
The breakfast was a buffet, which I think was delicious and varied.
The view from the balcony of the room was beautiful.
The hotel reception was very polite and the restaurant staff were also kind.
We spent two nights there, as we wanted to spend some time in Rügen. The location itself is not the best we have ever been, but both of the appartements were very nice, absolutely clean and well equipped. Also, the owner is very friendly lady who owns and rides horses and was really helpful. We can highly recommend this accommodation! :-)
- view from terrace
- big living room with and kitchen corner
- smart TV with unlocked applications (not like in most hotels)
- lot of wall USB sockets (USB-A) fast charging
- warmed up rooms upon arrival
- parking spot designated to each apartment (1 car per apartment)
- clear written instruction from owner.
The hotel is charming and the vibe screams quaint and relaxing. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, and the restuarant serves traditional home style meals that make your taste buds jump with joy. The outdoor patio is perfect for a glass of beer or wine. Truly a lovely place to stay.
The hotel is located close to the main road and is very convenient for exploration of island. The staff was very attentive, though did not speak English very well. The apartments are well prepared and very quite. Breakfast included hot and cold dishes though a range was not very vast.
The central place of the hotel in the island, ideal as a starting point for visiting the many interesting places of Rügen.
We had a large room on the 1st floor, the ratio price / quality was excellent.
Very good restaurant as well, I can only recommend.
Very nice and quiet location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good. Because of its central location on Rügen, you can reach many destinations in less than half an hour by car.
Great location, nice family atmosphere. Great content for kids. The hotel employees are very polite and approachable. We easily agreed on an earlier check-in. We will surely come back again! :)
It is a beautiful location with amazing apartment and all necessary facilities. The place is clean, airy and very spacious. You can walk around as well as sit in the sun outside!
