A wonderful hotel in the wonderful Saxon town of Plauen.
The hotel is very beautiful, well maintained, clean, with a beautifully decorated area and comfortable rooms. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant with excellent cuisine.
The spacious rooms have everything you need, up to a spoon for shoes. Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, everything you need for a traveler is there. Kettle, hair dryer, TV - everything is at hand.
The staff is very attentive. The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful.
We got a wonderful breakfast. Several varieties of cheese, sausages, ham. Great scrambled eggs and sausages! Great coffee! Lots of fresh juices, yoghurts, fruits! Baking is beyond praise!

The hotel was very nice. We had good communication with the staff (only German speaking no English). They were really walking the extra mile for their customers. Very good!
the hotel felt very fresh and must have been refreshed very recently. Location in the middle of town is great, with parking on the square just outside the hotel. Google maps didn't guide us well so we had a bit of an challenge to find our way.

This was my second stay at Ambiente while travelling to France and again, it was a perfect stay. I am definitely under the spell of the owner. He is so welcome, so kind and so caring about the guests (and the guests’ dogs!). We arrived late and were very hungry, he stayed longer at night and prepared for us a delicious dinner. It was a pleasure to return, I instantly felt at home. We will definitely come back next year.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and cozy. Spacious and comfortable sofa. Balcony with overlooking the backyard in the inner block of houses. Good location near the center of Plauen. Helpful and friendly owner Christine.
Great renovated apartment in the center of Plauen. Would love to come back and stay for a longer periond of time. Everything you need for a family is in the apartment. Bonus point the view is amazing. Great coffee machine.
