A wonderful hotel in the wonderful Saxon town of Plauen.
The hotel is very beautiful, well maintained, clean, with a beautifully decorated area and comfortable rooms. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant with excellent cuisine.
The spacious rooms have everything you need, up to a spoon for shoes. Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, everything you need for a traveler is there. Kettle, hair dryer, TV - everything is at hand.
The staff is very attentive. The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful.
We got a wonderful breakfast. Several varieties of cheese, sausages, ham. Great scrambled eggs and sausages! Great coffee! Lots of fresh juices, yoghurts, fruits! Baking is beyond praise!
We are very pleased that we stayed at this hotel. We had a great rest, had a great breakfast, got a lot of heat and care! The best value for money! And no problem with parking the car: we parked for free across the street from the hotel. Very comfortably!
The highest rating for staff! Very nice hotel with great breakfast! Recommended to all tourists coming to Plauen

It’s ok for the overnight stay, beds are comfortable.
The hotel is in the heart of the place. An old building between an open street and an alley.
It has online check-in or direct on-site if you arrive before a certain time (I don't remember the exact time, sorry).
The room was beautiful, I really felt in an old age with the furniture and decoration, but the modern bathroom (very nice too).
They have a breakfast option in the same hotel restaurant, they also have a bar.
Everyone was very friendly from start to finish. Highly Recommended.
The apartment was neat and big, and had a lot of appliances needed when staying for a longer time. It's adjacent to their Vietnamese restaurant, but we didn't manage to figure out if they were open when we arrived. Right up the street is another restaurant that is open late, which was very nice for us. Also it is quite close to the city center, but as many small (and big cities in Germany) there is a lot of cobble stone on the way to the apartment from the trams.
Very clean and comfortable apartment, well equipped with everything you would need. Very large bathroom with a great shower. Smart TV with Netflix an added bonus.
Area felt safe and very quiet. There was always parking available near the apartment on the street.
Short distance to centre of Plauen, about 8/10 minutes by car.
We will definitely choose this accommodation next time we are in Plauen.
The service was so good, so sweet and nice to talk to. Really open people that want to know more about people's experiences and give their own experience as well. Really sweet and ready to help you if you need something. I honestly recommend this place if you would come to Plauen!! Enjoy!!
The hotel is really great! We stayed here the third time and it is always excellent. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Central location in Plauen. Spacious and convenient indoor car parking. Fantastic breakfast. And all of that reasonably priced.
The apartment was clean, well equipped and cozy. Spacious and comfortable sofa. Balcony with overlooking the backyard in the inner block of houses. Good location near the center of Plauen. Helpful and friendly owner Christine.
Nice room, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately even with the windows closed there was a lot of noise from the passing traffic, therefore ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Nice selection of food for breakfast
Calm area.
Very modern self check-in terminal.
Breakfast ok.
Lucky we got the last parking. Otherwise I believe you need to park further away
Cute decorations.
2 small water bottles included.
