Room was spacious with a lot of nice extras (slippers, sauna). Nice staff & restaurant which was very convenient because we arrived late in the evening.
Planegg has a lot going for it. It is close to Munich yet very quiet. In no time at all you can be in downtown Munich or enjoying Starnberg Lake. We experienced a fresh air market with many options, all locally sourced, and an Italian festival. One will find any type of store you may need, multiple churches, many dining options; all within walking distance.
This is a nice hotel with exceptional attention to detail. The property boasts modern finishes that are stylish without being tacky. These features have given me great ideas for renovations in my own home.
The front of house staff are notably friendly, always ready to assist with a smile.
The restaurant offers a good selection, catering to various tastes.
Additionally, there is free parking on site, which is a convenient bonus.
I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.
The best i liked is Breakfast , today it is very few hotel offer such hometaste food and fry the egg themself, most of breakfast they offer have BIO certificate and the TASTE ...... you will remember it many many months or even longer,

This is an exceptional modern hotel for the price. The location is remote but with public transit it was very easy to access from city center for an individual or couple. If traveling with family it would be difficult as breaking into smaller groups and returning to the hotel would limit easy meeting up later in the day.
Everyone is very friendly and make you feel like family. The breakfast is good with made to order coffee and tea. There is a small grocery store that is adjacent to the hotel. Multiple bus stops close by and short walk to the train station. City center is a short ride away. Great small town feel!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and its friendly staff. The hotel is a bit rustic/old but was well kept. Breakfast was really awesome with a good selection. The hotel was also located within walking distance from Planegg train station so it was very convenient as well.
The breakfast was perfectly in order, with a lot of choises. Planegg is a nice village, but with the S6 [on 8 min. walk] the center of München is easily reached. Several nice shops present in the center. The bathroom was beautiful, with a nice natural stone floor.
The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The restaurant is very good for both evening meals and breakfast. Also the station is a short walk and from there it is quick journey into the centre of Munich.
It has a cozy, relaxed feeling, unique. Delicious breakfast. Convenient street parking and hotel location is near train station for easy access to Munich or Starnberg. Practical bathroom.
Everything was really nice, no complaints, interior is as in 4star hotel. Some rooms (as ours) are at the level between groundfloor and basement, with a window, but very clean and nice.
