We really appreciated the staff and their kindness. The location was perfect for us; just a 5 minute walk across the street from the main train station and 7 minutes from all the old town shops/shopping district. We also were given tram/bus passes for free during our visit.

Suite with kitchenette is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The big sunny terrace with outdoor furniture. Renovated spotless bathrooms with shower and bath is roomy. A lot of towels are provided. Quite place right at the Kurpark. 1 minute walk to the Vital Classica Thermes. Friendly staff. Daily room cleaning. WiFi is good. Breakfast is not variable but sufficient.
The owner was very kind and helpful, and the coffee delicious! I enjoyed reaching the train station within 10 mins by bike and wonderful walks into the black forest right from the hotel.
