Breakfast no value for money, better go to the bakery just across the street, the lady who makes the coffee was kind. Parking cannot use it will not open the gate when you arrive only after check in??? Free parking in the street and save 11 EUR. No reception at 18:30 hours in a 4 star hotel??? You have to call a number and you do not show any ID, no signature, no nothing until the next day, at least raises an eyebrow of who is your neighbor. The room was smaller and worse cathegory than what I booked. Cleaning and bed clothes could be better, there is a working elevator and wifi. Checkout is a nightmare if you need an invoice for your company.The hotel has potential but poorly managed, I will not return.

Great location. I am from the US, so I was not sure where to "check in". But I figured it out. Had dinner at the restaurant downstairs, which was excellent.

No reception after 18:30.Breakfast no value for money. Parking does not open until you checkin, ridiculous so where do you leave your car when you arrive? Luckily I found a spot in the street and save the parking. Invoice for the company can be trouble and checkout a nightmare they have a bad system they do not get the info from booking they say. They gave me a smaller room than I booked without a warning, cleanless could be improved, they cant make a bed properly. Too many bad details make it unpleasant.

I come from Germany but it was my first trip into Bavaria region. After visiting Pfaffenhofen I fell in love with its small town magic. What makes it better is the fact its literaly throw a stone away from Munich and Ingolstadt. Plenty of things to see and local bars and restaurants offer great food and drink for reasonable price.

Very convenient for the autobahn.
Very convenient for the autobahn. Approx. 40 min drive from Munich airport.
Plenty of places to have coffee or food and a good range of shops in the pedestrianised centre.
Hotel Strasshof is 10 mins from the town and close to the Autobahn making it convenient for travelling and a good base to visit Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm

Stayed here last weekend as travelled to Germany to see my son who lives in Pfaffenhofen. The Mullerbrau was the nearest hotel to his home, and it turned out to be a good choice. The breakfast was included in the price, and was good. The room was very clean and there was an excellent powerful shower which was great after all the walking we did. The location is good, very central, The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We arrived at midday, and were able to check in immediately.
The property absolutely exceeded my expectations. I've been in few 5 star hotels that could learn from Florian how to treat their guests! The facilities, service, cleanliness, distance from town center its all absolutely amazing. I can not recommend it enough for anyone visiting Pfaffenhofen and beyond.
Easy to get into room and hotel even though I arrived after the check in time. The staff was very accommodating to that and also checking out earlier than when they had someone at reception. Check-in and check-out were easy.
Nice hotel room and bath, but no air conditioning and minibar. Reception closes early, but you can pick up the key from the key box if you arrive late. Here, however, a little light is missing to find your way around.
