The room had bathroom en suite which was very convenient. On the same floor there was a fully equipped kitchen and the shared dining room with fridge you can use which is also good. Everything was clean and newly renovated (I stayed on the second floor). It is close the bus stop to Offenburg and also located close to the main hiking routes to Schwarzwald.

We stayed at Stadthotel for two nights on our recent visit to Gengenbach and we are so happy we chose this hotel! The room was very comfortable and the reception staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast offered many choices, and the staff remembered our preference on our second morning. The location is just outside the old town wall and very convenient. We would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this charming town in the Black Forest of Germany.

This hotel offers country-style rooms and Black Forest food in the Rammersweier wine area. Offenburg's old town is a 10-minute drive away.

This is a great hotel for a few nights in Offenburg. They have nice rooms with bathroom, comfortable beds and a very satisfying breakfast for 7,50€ per person (April 2024). There was plenty of parking places around the hotel and the staff was nice and helpful. If you need to check-in late it's possible thanks to the box outside, you just need to contact them and get a code. We had booked 2 rooms and the key to the other was in the first room.
