The hotel is gorgeous! The wooden features of the building felt very homey. The bathroom in our room had a rainfall shower which was wonderful. Also, the renovated room features a small sofa, which our dog was able to sleep on rather than the hard floor. There was spacious parking for our truck , which helped with the anxiety of having a large vehicle in Germany.

Everything about this place was fantastic! The host was extremely friendly and helpful, the garden and the area around the hotel was simply beautiful, the room was spacious, nice and quiet, the breakfasts were very tasty and the host even catered to my special dietary needs (gluten and dairy free diet). The town is also lovely and allows for some beautiful walks in the nature. We definitely recommend this place and we'd love to come back!

Monika is friendly and warm to all of her guests including the non-German ones. She is very professional and deeply cares about providing the best service to all of her guests. I highly recommend her hotel! Breakfast is great too in a very relaxing atmosphere.

Cute black forest hotel in the small village of Oberwolfach. Owned and run by a family. The hotel is nice quality and has a very good restaurant on the ground floor which serves excellent food at reasonable prices.
As i had to move my dates around and speaking to the hotel directly it was no issue. Super friendly and helpful.
Staff were always ready to help in anyway and the owner a very nice person, same as all of the staff.
Rooms are spacious, quiet, very modern and impeccably clean. Beds were comfortable (good pillows!). Classy ambience. Overall, the hotel seemed close to a 4-star lodging, rather than just a 3-star one.
