The place opens at 3pm, so the check in is not possible earlier. Gotta be prepared for that. The staff however was very nice and after a few phone calls we were allowed up into our room, it was really hot and we were very tthankful! The staff was really great! The rooms were big and very pretty. The carpet seemed almost new! The balcony is huge (but) connectes to the neighbours.

The hotel is located a few minutes away from the Bad Kissingen train station. It has nice rooms that are extremely comfortable and private. The bathrooms are also quite spacious and well appointed. The hotel has a restaurant that serves very decent food at reasonable prices, and the breakfast is what you would expect in a good German hotel. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

Kaiserhof Victoria is a lovely hotel with a great history in a fantastic central location. Both the room and breakfast was very good with a wide range of items to chose from. Breakfast is served in a very nicely decorated breakfast area full of old world charm.

The hotel and its surroundings are very quiet. It is very easily accessible from the A7. The room is reasonably priced. The breakfast corresponds to an ordinary standard breakfast. If you are hungry, you can enjoy good food in the hotel restaurant! They also serve very good locally produced beer!
