The hotel was easily accessible and had parking. When we arrived, the check-in was closed, but after calling the number on the door, I was instructed to a key safe where I could find my key to the hotel room. The room was clean and adequate in space. There were plugs, a toilet, shower, everything you need. It were two single beds next to each other which made it a bit difficult for our baby to sleep as she would be in the gap between the two mattresses, but otherwise the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, lots of options, also milk alternatives and vegan options. Fresh juices, lots of tea choices and coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Ingolstadt centre. I would definitely visit again 😊

The breakfast had everything one would expect. The room was tidy and ready. When I made the booking I sent a message to the property with a personal request and I immediately received an answer from the manager that it was granted... At the check in the lady there (I believe her name is Mariam) was very helpful and made the whole process easier... I needed some information and the night receptionist (Brahim) was also very helpful and eager to assist. In a word, the staff really would go the extra mile to make your stay with no hassle.
