We got in much later than we anticipated. Therefore, we did not spend much time at the facility. We ate dinner, showered, went to bed, and had breakfast. A very rushed experience but very comfortable and accommodating.

A young man at reception was extremely kind. He went out of his way to order dinner for me on a Sunday when the hotel restaurant was closed. I was tired and experiencing debilitating jet-lag from a very long trip, so his friendliness and consideration was very touching. Thank you. This hotel has a main building and group of very quaint chalets. We had a double room with 4 beds that backed onto the park. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast had many options and everything was fresh. The staff were amazing and friendly. Hands down we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast was always delicious and beautifully displayed. The location was perfectly positioned to walk between our family's home and the train/bus station. The restaurant next door was really convenient. To be able to walk to 3 palaces and a museum from the hotel was fabulous!
