The location was great for walking around Heidelberg. On the patio, one can see the Castle on top of the hill which is impressive all lit up at night. Breakfast had good variety. The Hotel was actually on upper levels of Parking Garage, which was surprising.
Excellent guesthouse, almost a highly rated hotel, very clean and spacious, nice location at the lake. I put check-in time as a negative because if you arrive late you must wake-up the owner to open the door and check you in. We arrived very late almost one in the morning but the owner was very kind and patient to check us in at 1:00 a.m. Overall, it's an excellent stay close to the highway, so you can rest well and continue your journey.
Extremely kind and service-minded hotel manager. Not only did he do everything he could to fix my car, as I was having trouble with my dashboard warning system (everything worked out fine in the end). He also invited my for pear schnapps in the evening.

It's a cozy hotel where you feel at home, the hosts were very welcoming and dishes in the restaurant were incredibly delicious. It's a pity that during our stay the summer open area of the restaurant wasn't open yet.
Free parking near the hotel was a nice bonus, we didn't have any problems with it

this was our second year coming to this hotel, and the owners and staff are amazing, the lovely cat is always there for you at the door. we did not take breakfast because our family lives so close, and we were visiting our family, with the confort of been at this hotel.
