The room was wonderful. I stayed in a suite and it was large and had a balcony. The location is in the heart of Erding and it is a short walk to many restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean. The staff was welcoming and provided great service.

This property exceeds most expectations for a Best Western (plus). It is located right next to the S-Bahn train station in Erding, a town outside Munich that we visited before flying out of the nearby airport, to try out the massive Spa/Sauna in town. There was flavored water and cookies in the lobby when we arrived, plus coffee in the morning (breakfast was separate and we didn't try that). The rooms were pretty decent, functional, with good WIFI, a balcony, and plenty of towels.

Friendly, multilingual host. Providing chocolate Christmas ornaments was a nice touch. Rebooking additional days using lower rate shows good customer care.
