The rooms were very nice and comfortable. There was lots of space to put things down which is almost unusual in many hotels. The beds were very comfortable and gave us a good nights rest after a very hot day.
The breakfast was very good with homemade jams!

On the outside, a turn of the 19. Century Building, part of a working Winery. The Restaurant an old fashioned Gasthof. The Rooms are updated and modern.

The Achat Hotel is awesome in every way, the location is just 2 minutes walk from the train station and the bus station. You have almost everything around, shops, restaurants, church, post office, etc. The staff are fantastic, they speak English and patiently listen to their clients, they give you all information you request for to visit the village. I highly recommend this hotel, it is also very neat. I will suggest that they should add electric kettle and coffee mugs in the rooms though I think I was told that there was a coffee machine somewhere but I didn't search for it, I prefer having tea or coffee in my room whenever I want without going out to get some. Apart from that, I so much love the Achat hotel at Neustadt an winestrasse

Due to Corona it was not easy to find a nice restaurant.
Due to Corona it was not easy to find a nice restaurant. Lots of Wineries make up for this setback. You can make appointments for tastings or just try to be lucky and find something to your taste - shouldn’t be to difficult. The surrounding area ist just great for hikes on every level of fitness and you can even learn something about the difficult birth of democracy in Germany at the Hambacher Schloss. Give it a try!

When we approached the town in the evening, it looked like a fairytale town: flickering lights at the foot of the hill at the top of which we could see a ... castle. And then there were all the wines we tried and loved. It was just a day business trip but will definitely return there for a longer stay.

Lots of good mediaeval architecture, and plenty of reasonable cafes with outside eating. There were good walks starting from the town, with others a short train ride away. We were taken to a wine festival in an outlying village by a local which was a highlight. We ate at the Shwatzen Lowen in the Market place - very good - and the Novalis restaurant (very busy!). Many good wines to try out, and the Tourist Office was very helpful.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Neustadt an der Weinstraße - excellent staff and very comfortable room - there is an underground car park but it is not possible to reserve a space, which is unfortunate. There is street parking and car parks very close which is great and street parking by the hotel is free after 3 on a saturday and all day sunday - which worked very well for us!
The hotel is situated in a quiet spot just below the Hambach castle, so an excellent location for hiking but also easy to drive anywhere. There is an excellent garden for dinner. The restaurant serves very good German food and wine from the property (easy everyday Pfalz wine). Breakfast is good with a broad choice. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Nice Hotel a bit outdated but okay. Vieuw should be nice but didn't notice because i arrived and left in darkness. Restaurant in top of the building is okay, not much visitors during my stay. Food was okay, friendly staff. I visited this hotel out off season; I guess there will be more dynamic in summer / spring.
Great location, super comfortable bed, everything you need to enjoy and explore Neustadt. Warm floor through the whole apartment is excellent addition during cold weather. But the most valuable is our super host: reliable, accommodative and friendly. I highly recommended this place!
The rooms were very nice and comfortable. There was lots of space to put things down which is almost unusual in many hotels. The beds were very comfortable and gave us a good nights rest after a very hot day.
The breakfast was very good with homemade jams!
We had more than enough room for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable, and most impressive of all, the pillows were also very comfy. That is unusual for most hotels we stay at in/around Germany. The walk to the train station was not even 5 minutes.
Hotel is in very nice little town surrounded by vineyards. The host welcomed us and showed us the appartment we hired. He also showed us where we could eat in the village. The appartment was big and very clean. The breakfast next morning was good too.
Location was perfect, near the train Station a big plus.
Across from the hotel is the "Fußgänger" Zone, which is also a big plus, great Restaurants.

Great location close to downtown. Newly renovated and clean hotel. Good water pressure in shower. Breakfast wasn't huge, but it was fresh and good. Staff was friendly.
Locations is in the center.
There is a cheap parking place 200m away from the hotel.
Even it is a historical building, the bathroom is fully renovated and really clean.
Hotel old Style , good Location Not to far at the Neustadt Bahnhof and close to the Hambach Schloss, staff gentle Hotel with a good Restaurant with parking for my car.
Everything was great. We needed to stay the night, found this hotel, and loved everything ... the room, the restaurant, and the property. Would love to return.
