The hotel is lovely, an oasis in a truly unpleasant neighborhood. It is very pretty, staff are excellent, room was clean-a but small for American standards. Housekeeping came daily, front desk staff always polite, kept our bags for us one day. Staff responded to chats promptly. It’s 3 blocks from the main train station

A staff member came outside with me to the car to help with the bags and explain where to park the car. The hotel is very classy and well located to walk to the older part of Munich. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Our room was large with room for a sofa and coffee table, a good sized bathroom with toiletries and a nice tub/shower. There was plenty of room for our bags and belongings. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, but we were able to get coffee. There was a grocery store on the street which was convenient. The subway was on the corner.

The Hotel is a nice one in a Busy location and close to the Main Central Train station. It has a Nice restaurant and Bakery next to it. Lots of shops and Eatery near it. The Reception staff were very friendly.

The room was facing an inside court, therefore it was very quiet. In early morning hours we opened the window and we we delighted by the happy birds chirping.
