They accomadate pets and the room.was clean, spacious, and comfortable . Also, allowed a seating area to eat near to restaurant though I did get overlooked !! Staff were very helpful.and usually with a smile 😃
What needs to be taken into consideration IF you have a pet why put on the top floor ?
If you had to take your dog out for toilet it's so inconvenient and as you have a nice garden area on ground floor it would be much more convenient for the guest and pet to enjoy their stay at your hotel !

The location of the hotel is good: less than 15 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the Holstenhallen. There is a grocery shop in 5 minutes walk.
The personel was great, very welcoming and polite. They booked a quiet room as I asked for. The breakfast was delicious with large variety of options, both meat and vegetarian. We used sauna. It was clean and relaxing.

For the city it was in the property was very clean it was very surprising. The rooms had everything I needed and more and the bed was super comfortable. The best part was the very clean bathroom with a good shower and excellent shower pressure. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very tasty.

Amazing town, nice to walk around in, alot of small stores and good big malls. Great food, and they have a city roundtrip where you can walk to alot of different buildings and read a little charter, sadly it is hard to find the point nr 1, but we found 15 isj by just randomly walking the city

As I arrived early in the afternoon I filled my time at the large shopping outlet on the edge of town and also had the opportunity to food shop for my stay in the next country. Being a Monday a lot of the cafes and restaurants in the evening were closed but I found one good one open in the middle of town, about a 10 minutes walk away.

Neumünster is a small city - with not too much arround and limited posibilities going out. However the Hotel is nice positioned and it´s located in the best arrear. No need to look for too many other things, as the related Bar and restaurant would be one of the best choices you can do.
I had: Standard no frills hotel room with tiny desk, non-functional tv (only Netflix), too soft beds, and bathroom shared across the hallway. If your budget is 65€ for that, the hotel is perfect! Close to the railway station, easy enough no-contact checkin.
Very clean place with everything you need. We stayed second time for a week as family is living in Neumünster. We enjoyed a lot this nice apartment. Landlord is super nice and helpful. Looking forward to stay another week soon to end our Germany trip.
The industrial atmosphere of the hotel is very charming. The rooms were big enough, and clean. Parking on-site is a bonus. The staff was quite helpful with everything we needed. The breakfast is wonderful, there was everything needed.
The hotel seems to be newly renovated. We found the beds super comfy and the room was clean and quite stylish. The breakfast was the best, a lot of very yammi options. The ladies in the reception were so, so nice as well!
I liked that the surprised employee who greeted just before midnight after almost one hour long struggle managed to find a solution to an unacceptable error from the hotel’s side.
Breakfast was really good. The staffs are so friendy and ready to help.
