a very nice woman, as I understand it, she is also the manager of the hotel. Brought a kettle to the room. I ordered breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. The hotel room was very clean. everything needed was in the room. in general I am very satisfied

it was such a comfortable experience, i was allowed extra time to check out as well and honestly, being in the room made me want to stay there all day and not go around outside because it was that comforting !!

Nice quiet comfortable place. Room & shower area refurbished to high standard. Helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable. Clean place. I recommend Neu Isenburg. 2.1km from S-Bahn. I walked in evening and took Taxi in morning back to S-Bahn(Euros10.00 cash only).

There is nothing to see in the town itself. There are stores and a shopping center though. When I was getting to Frankfurt, I saw the town is next to a part/forest, so I guess you can enjoy some outdoors there, which I did not do.

We thought we had booked the Holiday Inn at the airport. This hotel is a 15-20 min drive from the airport!!! discription is misleading. This hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful, it was just not where we wanted to be
We stayed in the new wing of the hotel, with another type of room design (separate toilet, and isle with sink separating the room and the entrance-toilet region), interesting but not very practical (for us). Room is very clean and isolated (we cannot hear the plains coming for landing at the nearby airport). Staff friendly and helpful. We like the hotel and its surroundings (good afternoon walk) and the quality of rest (very important in long travels through Europe). This is why we came back to it.
Close to the Frankfurt airport and in a quiet neighborhood. shower and bathroom were exceptionally large and clean. Kitchen was well-equipped and host left items like coffee. our host Sabine was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had a small problem during our stay and she came immediately to deal with it. Definitely would recommend this, particularly if you are flying to or from Frankfurt. Parking in front of the house.
We often go to this hotel as it always meets the same standard quality and efficient reception. Breakfast is typical German with "wurst", cheeses, packaged jams and spreads, with coffee of tea brought in a pot, an egg if you want, some fruit, cereal, milk, fresh bread rolls. Really fine. Costs extra. There is a fridge in the room.
Very pleasant stay we had. The manager is excellent. Ran into booking difficulties and I ranged the hotel numerous times. The manager picked the phone up numerous time and he was patient and very pleasant. This was 2nd time stayed in the same hotel in Frankfurt and I'm not going anywhere else. Excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay in Tulip Inn Frankfurt Airport with my friends. The room also very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfy. It really exceeded our expectations. There are DM and other shops, many restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was perfect!
