The hotel is very closely located to the Tank Museum Munster, which is why I chose it. The price is excellent, which is a main reason for the good rating despite the downside listed below. The place is very clean and all necessities are available.
Can be counted as a plus or a minus: I got to go to sleep to the sound of PzH2000 doing an exercise close by. I can imagine that there are people who would find that a problem.

excellent location. The hotel is old and that is a good thing. I didn’t want to stay in a cookie cutter room while in Germany. They has easy and free parking. There was a wheelchair room available for us. The bathroom was not so wheelchair friendly though. Breakfast was included and was good. it was quiet and we had easy access to the balcony overlooking the gardens. They made accommodations for our party for supper since we had the wheelchair. Staff was excellent and so was the supper we had.
Perfect location to visit the German Panzer Museum. Hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. Nice community, walking trail around a park and river/pond, excellent local restaurants. Hotel offered a wide variety of drinks and snacks, which were included in the price. Wonderful breakfast. Plenty of parking on-site for our rental car.
We stayed at Landhotel Heidkrug for a night since it was close to the highway. The stuff was friendly, the room was comfortable with a shared bathroom. The hotel provided a substantial breakfast the next day, from juice, coffee to different cheese, meat, salmon and various dips.
Good location if you are visiting the German Tank Museum as its only a half mile or so away. Also convienient for Munster itself together with the adjacent lake and park. Good breakfast and evening meals available. Plently of offroad parking. Pleasant and helpfull staff.
Great restaurant for dinner and a good continental breakfast. The staff were pleasant and if they couldn't speak English, they came back and tried again. We really appreciated their efforts.
The hotel was mostly quiet, although the hallway noise was very loud.
I normally don’t write reviews, but Hotel Kaiserhof really went out of their way to assist me. I had laundry that needed to be done and they washed my clothes for free using their own machines, and then delivered my laundry to my room, which is outstanding.
We lived the location in town and the proximity to the park and Panzer Museum. The breakfast already was also delicious. The hotel had tons of character and charm.
Very nice hotel, great location. Staff very accommodating and always pleasant. Breakfast was well done with good choices. The room was clean and comfortable.
