Staff should be trained to be more professional in checking in the guests . Hotel requires minor renovation with the final touch. The breakfast needs to be improved variety of food can be added a coffe machine should give better impression. Many comments can be added .

It is a lovely little town.
It is a lovely little town. My son lives there so that is how we came across it. It has lots of shops and restaurants. The Fiddlers Irish Pub has a nice atmosphere and good food. There is a nice walk through the park which is next to the Van der Valk Hotel and you can walk in to Moers from there.
Good location for easily getting from/to the motorway with private parking. Both the hotel and restaurant are dog friendly, but arrive before 9pm (maybe even earlier) if you want dinner. We arrived past 10 and the kitchen was closed. There were no other food places open (delivery or eat-in) besides a McDonald’s about 4.5km away.
Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Also good breakfast. Would definitely stay again!
Hotel Omega was just what I needed after a long drive. Staff were superb and were able to cater for my allergies. Location was out of town but for road tripping I found that an advantage, hotel doubles as a Greek Restaurant with decent quality food. Staff were super friendly and enthusiastic too, which makes a huge difference
Fantastic place to stay. Close to the motorway but you can’t hear any noise really. Beautiful and clean rooms, helpful staff. Pet friendly hotel. Absolutely fantastic breakfast, amazing choice of food, simply delicious. Definitely will stay again.
I have stayed here many times and always been satisfied. It is usually low cost, always clean, and the beds are mostly comfortable. For value for money this is a great hotel, albeit basic.
The hotel didn't have a reception, but did have a code and there was no issue getting in and out of the hotel. The phone number provided also gave direct access to a person for problems.
A digital experience. No physical keys, no hotel staff on site, no breakfast. While these things are not "good" by themselves, the end result is just fine.
It is a beautiful property in a great location right in the centre of Moers beside a lovely park. plenty of shops and restaurants within 1 minutes walk.
