It's a nice hotel (we stayed in a very recently renewed room), not far from the old center of Lohr, but very tranquil. Very nice garden where we could relax and enjoy something to drink. No restaurant, but possibility for quite some snacks.
We really enjoyed it.

Setting of this 100 year old hunting lodge is wonderful. We biked through a dense forest about 1 mile before arriving which was beautiful. Lodge is beautiful, church on the hill above, cows in the pasture and nothing else to disturb the beauty and peacefulness.

Beautiful small apartment. Kitchen microwave and Kettle available. Coffee machine more complex than we have used before. Clean comfortable room. Great shower. Balcony. Windows open. Can't say enough good. Loved the location and convenience! Would book again and stay longer. Safe storage for bikes in locked box behind hotel.

A very beautiful location that has a Biergarten with nice views and an amazing restaurant. The breakfast is also exceptional, the rooms are super clean and it was very easy to do the self check-in. The hosts are very attentive and courteous with the best pizza I have ever had! The pasta dough is home made here and they also have a nice selection of wines. This is my third visit here and every time is excellent. This is just the most perfect place for dinner, especially for large groups and families

My husband caught a train back to pick up our car and I had most of the day to myself. I rode my bicycle into the town and did some window shopping and treated myself to an iced coffee. Lovely restaurants and cafes and little garden areas to sit and relax.
This is a gem of a hotel. Good breakfast, friendly staff, large and clean room and bathroom. Very quiet during the night. It is easy walking distance to a picturesque, traditional "downtown" area as well as to a number of surprisingly good local restaurants. Some good scenic hikes are also readily accessible. We used the hotel as a home base for a seminar we were attending elsewhere in the Spessart region, and it fulfilled that role very well. Our week-long stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Great location immediately next to Old Town. Close to multiple shoppes , restaurants and Snow White Museum .
Good secure bike storage . Reception was very nice and friendly. Lift is available. Room quite large , modern, clean and airy . Even had fan if needed . Bathroom was modern and very clean with great shower .

It's a massive place in beautiful surrounding for walking in the forest. Dinner was tasty although hugely expensive because of the remote location. Sauna and relaxation area was very nice. Breakfast was great for me but my British partner would have liked toast. This hotel is very child and pet friendly and the owners were very accommodating when available. Overall very good but could be so much better.
We called the hotel to let them know our arrival time. Due to traffic conditions we were late , arrived around 10 pm, the kitchen was already closed but the Lady at the reception was waiting for us, and she made sure we have a lovely dinner. She was absolutely wonderful. If I could I would give a 10++++ for the service, for the room etc. And the location it’s stunning! I will definitely come back.
The rooms we stayed in had wonderful modern bathrooms with great showers. We were on a cycling trip and super bathrooms were just what we needed after a days cycling in hot weather. The staff were helpful and friendly and served a lovely breakfast. Although there is no restaurant at the hotel, there were several restaurants within five minutes walk.

Cute and cozy hotel close to the town and castle. Nice seating area to play cards or have a drink in the evening. Breakfast was delish, with a nice selection.
We stayed for one night on our car trip. The surroundings where beautiful, in a mountain forest. The hotel restaurant offered a very good snitzel dinner.
