The hotel got in touch with me after I made the booking to check if there was anything else I needed, and to provide checkin information, which was a nice touch. The facility includes a nearby brewery, coffee roaster, pottery and goldsmith workshops, which were relaunched by the community in old buildings that were tastefully renovated, or kept up in some cases. The rooms were very modern, and the pine paneling gave them a wonderful smell. The staff were very friendly, and you could tell that they were out to make sure your stay was perfect. A really lovely place. And you have to try the Kellerbier, made right there.

Arriving late to Memmingen airport we were looking for a hotel to get some rest. It was in reasonable distance and it exceeded our expectations. Perfect matresses. We had an amazing sleep. Good breakfast.

Wonderful hosts especially Melanie who went out of her way to accommodate us. It was like a home away from home. I would highly recommend staying at this place. It's so peaceful and quiet and with all the lovely snow around it sure looked like a winter wonderland. Mountains view at eye level. What more could you want 😊

Found this accommodation during a holiday weekend when almost all hotels were booked or were too expensive. It was a hidden gem. A great location off the tourist trail, very peaceful. A lovely place to stay, close to the city center (old town), many diverse restaurants, great starting place to go for hike in the beautiful Allgäu country. The buffet breakfast was perfect to start the day.
This is an old guesthouse with rooms, there is also a modern hotel annex, we booked the old part but paid extra for the new part mainly because there is lift access to the rooms.
The food in the restaurant was good as was breakfast. There is ample parking, the hotel is situated in a small village.
Breakfast was great and fresh.
Staff was so nice, sweet and helpful.
Rooms are small, but not too small.
The area is nice and quiet, you can take a nice walk in the area, and the hotel has a view to a church roof where you can see storks!
A very priceworthy and nice hotel situated in a cosy bavarian town, close to A7. Our host gave us fullservice and attention, and a warm welcoming. Fantastic bed and room. Nice breakfast. Safe parking close to the hotel.
