Large comfortable room with sitting area and a great desk and wifi. The air conditioning was wonderful in the heat wave. Very comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices.

We enjoyed our stay very much thanks to the receptionist, who was extremely friendly and helpful!! We booked the room spontaneously, and everything worked great and without issues. The hotel is nicely renovated/decorated, and our room was quiet and cozy. Will definitely come back:)

I stayed in Echterdingen because I needed an overnight room...
I stayed in Echterdingen because I needed an overnight room close to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised to find how attractive the town was, given that it's right under the airport flightpath (and you aren't aware of it) and virtually a suburb of Stuttgart. It retains its small-town feel with some attractive streets, lots of cobbles and half-timbered buildings, and a redoubtable medieval church with a tower you can see for miles around. The shops appear to be quite good, the choice of restaurants is outstanding, the streets are clean and the people are friendly. As I left on Saturday morning the traditional street market was just being set up.

I went to a near by shop on a sunday evening where they were selling rolls etc,What I did not like was they were using the same gloves that they were picking the meat from the containers to wrap up the rolls.

This is a hidden steal near Stuttgart Airport, and within a few minutes walk from S Echterdingen (one train-stop away from the airport). It is a full fledged furnished studio apartment (seems rather new), with a kitchenette, fridge, crockery, cutlery, toaster... Lidl/Aldi supermarkets are within 5-7 minutes walking distance.
Though it is near the airport it was very quiet, can only hear the chimes of a church bell at times.
Had a wonderful stay!
The rooms were comfortable, well ventilated and air conditioned. We were at the hotel during extremely hot weather and the room stayed cool. There were many kitchen appliances in the room, including a fridge which was much appreciated. Also, the hotel has 24 hour check in. our flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel very early in the morning, we appreciated the customer service at reception.
There is a very friendly and helpful staf in the hotel - we really appreciate this. Breakfast is quite varied. It was warm in the room and generally rooms are well soundproofed.
There is no restaurant in the hotel, but in the distance of 10 minutes walking there are couple of nice spots to eat in. Book a table, when you are staying during the fairs.
Great hotel with "hipster/industrial" vibes. Staff is friendly, breakfast is OK given the price. The reception/staff do play some weird (loud) music during the night in the lobby but they are there for when you need them. Parking is situated behind the hotel and is on first come first serve basis on a total of 30-35 parking spots.
Excelent location, very hip and trendy, love the staff. The Moxy is located near several great resturants, and across the street from a grocery store, so once you park, you are fine. The hotel is extremely hip, with all sorts of fun nick-nacks to look at. And the staff is wonderful (especally Maxine).
Very good place to stay before the flight, because only one S-bahn stop to AirPort, and hotel close, only 10min to go to railway station. In the same hotel building is piceria/kebab… , I came very late and it still worked.
Easy to access . Quiet and comfortoble. 76, 77, 818, 828 buses you can use . 828 directly go to the hotel. To Stuttgart center, With S2 train 20-25 minutes . Inthe room there is Coffee &tea. Bath soap also includes.
