Beautiful clean small town hotel with super friendly owners. We highly recommend staying at this hotel! Also, we enjoyed walking around this small friendly historic town!! Ladenburg is a very historic town that has sights that were walkable from this hotel. Cute outdoor dining and bakeries were walking distance from the front door of the hotel and everyone was so nice and spoke English. We walked around the town after dinner and I felt very safe wandering the cobblestoned streets, even after dark. The hotel itself was spacious and had a tea room for breakfast in the morning that was a little extra charge. There were 6 of us in our group so we had 2 of us per bedroom. Our room fit 2 comfortably and the bathroom was upgraded. The room smelled like lemon which was refreshing. Light streamed through the window in the morning and had a beautiful view of a flower covered courtyard (don't worry, there were shudders that you could close at night so that no light would stream in in the morning if you wanted to sleep in). The town had many houses that were designed in typical German fashion. It was cool to see the different architectures from the different years they were built. There was also a grocery store down the street that has everything you could need, which was nice because a person in our group caught a cold in the middle of our trip and the store had medicine that would get us through the next week. Ladenburg is very close to the Heidelburg Castle, so it was a nice stopping point for my group to stop at and rest up for the next day.
This hotel in Ladenburg offers air-conditioned rooms and suites, a sauna and a gym. It is a 5-minute walk from the river Neckar and the Dr. Carl Benz Car Museum. Free WiFi is available in all areas.

Ladenburg is a lovely quaint old town with a number of Roman artefacts still in place. It's the oldest roman town in Germany east of the Rhine. The Neckar river, which flows through the town is also very scenic and has a lovely trail running alongside it.

Lovely little city.
Lovely little city. The main square is fascinating and the bakery is a good place to start the day. Afterwards it might be tricky (January) as some restaurants might be closed. I hope they'll be open in the summer months again

In good weather, Ladenburg offers the visitor absolutely wonderful walks through and old town dating back to the 1450s. There are also Roman ruins to explore, beautiful churches, great ice cream cafés and super walks along the Neckar river. There are also some wonderful little boutiques for shopping. For the colder months, the walks are still wonderful and there is the Altstadt Fest in September and the very charming Christmas markets.
Nothing much. Average. No facilities as a porter. I needed help to carry my suitcase. It was not offered but after asking the staff assisted me in a proper way. Restaurant closed due to personnel shortage. I wasn't informed about this. Only two days before my arrival I received this message by app.
Not much ambiance in this hotel but not bad either. When I asked for a Margherita at the bar the barkeeper said they he had to look it up on the Internet. Inimal breakfast service again due to etc
Very nice large 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom, well equipped kitchen exceptional location in old town Ladenburg. Walk to everything, excellent restaurant s, the River Necker, easy street parking a couple blocks away, but access to drive to apartment to drop bags and groceries. Excellent host with easy communication.
Perfect hotel for those who need a halfway point to break up a longer car journey through Germany. Only a few minutes from the highway in a quiet location. Sufficient (free) parking available, next to a supermarket, and about 20 mins walk to the cute old city centre of Ladenburg with some restaurants.
A nice hotel in a quiet place. Comfy beds and renovated interior. Its a shame the restaurant was closed due to remoddeling. Super friendly staff! Has a supermarket nextdoor and a good bakery 5 mins walk from the hotel that is also open Sundays. Will surely stay here again.
Very convenient location is you have a car, close to Heidelberg and Mannheim. Good value for money and the staff are friendly. A short walk to Ladenburg center and it has a supermarket next door. Free parking is available.
The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Room and bathroom had a reasonable size. Breakfast buffet options were plenty and it was restocked constantly. A walk into the "Altstadt" took us about 10/15 minutes.
