The personnel was very friendly although I arrived quite late. I got a reminder call that I can only check in until 9 PM. When I arrived I was received in a very friendly manner.

Lovely apartment in the middle of the wonderful city of Kulmbach. Steps from the Marketplaz and many restaurants and shops. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The building was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. There is not parking next to the apartment, but there is a large public lot very close to the building so parking was not an issue. Communication with the host was exceptionally easy and fast. Code to the building made it very easy to access.
It is great that you can arrive any time you need, we arrived around midnight and there was no problem to check-in. The price for the room was very good. There is a quite large parking in front of the hotel (note that there is more space in the back than what is immediately seen from the street). There is a fridge in the room and all facilities necessary to cook. Nice spacy bathroom with a hot shower. Flat-screen TV.
Location was great for my purposes ! I was having some work done on my vehicle, and it was a 10 minute walk. The hotel is literally in the shadow of the castle, so it was very convenient to walk around the castle grounds as well.
The staff at the hotel stayed late to receive me, and the day staff were also extremely nice and helpful.
Good central location as we arrived on a Sunday it was a little difficult to find because of road closures and a diversion. Parking was drop off in front of the hotel then park in the square across the road. Great room with separate sitting area with tv. Good variety of food at breakfast
The hotel is well located and very impressive on the outside. Staff were pleasant and meticulous in checking Covid tests and passes, cleaners asked us to wear masks when we forgot - I think this was very good. The rooms have fridges.
The apartment was very spacious, cozy and very neat. A very nice place to stay during your holiday with all comforts and in the center of atmospheric Kulmbach. Well worth staying here with your family,
