The room was quite spacious and newly renovated. The location is great for visiting the Forschungzentrum Jülich if you have bike or you like to walk. It's a beautiful walk/bike through the fields and 15 minutes by bike or 30 mins on foot. To the city center it is 10-15 mins by bike and 30 mins on foot. The breakfast includes buns (Brötchen), cheese and ham (on the same plate), and sweet spreads. Coffee and tea is offered as well. The hotel has a restaurant attached to it which offers mostly meat dishes in the evenings.

This hotel is very good for families with children. The hotel has in an apart building lot of activities for children. Next to the hotel is a park with a big playground. The breakfast was excellent. Sauna is super. Great and cheap bike rent service.
My staying at Kronenhof hotel was fantastic. The room was very clean and the hotel personnel very polite. The location of hotel is suitable for those who like running and riding bicycle (close to forest and fields). It has my full recommendation.
The breakfast was really nice, but 20 euros was slightly costly. The Hotel contains an indoor playground, which was nice to have as the weather was bad. The rooms are also accessible with the pram due to the lift.

Check in was convenient even though I arrived really late. The key was available at a lockbox. Also, the hotel was walking distance from the train station.
