Hornbach is only 6 miles from the Zweibruchen shopping outlet centre, which also has an ice skating rink and other amusements. Be aware, all restaurants and bars are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in Hornbach, although travelling to Eppenbrunn near by, there are several restaurants open for lunch and into the evening. Hornbach has 3 bars and restaurants excluding the large hotels in the town and 1 restaurant for walkers near by in the woods. Hornbach is central to many other attractions and has itself an old monastery centraly placed inside the town. Lovely little place - good for a base for further site seeing.
Hotel is beautiful.good car parking .Fast easy check in with knowledgeable and polite staff.Room was stunning and spotlessly clean..Evening meal was excellent lucky to eat outside.Once again staff went out of their way to help.Beautiful buffet breakfast with everything you could want.
