Check-in after hours was hassle-free. The team sent me instructions on how to get into the hotel and how to collect my key because I checked in late. The room was beautiful, with a really comfortable bed and an excellent shower. You are not allowed to eat in the rooms, but there is a nice sitting area on the ground floor and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to buy food for your stay and cook in the hotel. The hotel has a really comfortable feel.

Very clear directions from the hosts on how to get to the right house and get in. Very spacious, perfect when coming as a bigger group. All the facilities we needed were there - fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a sink and a bath, usable WIFI.

A very relaxed and provincial feel, considering this hotel is only just beyond the Berlin city limits. Nice location on the Müggelspree Canal, so if weather permits (which it luckily did for us) I recommend you take your meals (traditional German dishes) on the terrace right next to the water.

Hoppegarten is a place (?) near or a part of Berlin. Not sure. It has grocery stores, gas station, McDonalds and restaurant. A few (2-3) km in the direction of Berlin it has an enormous shopping mall. The place is "crowded) with beautiful houses in different styles. Great to look at.

When we arrived and service wasn’t good act ! I thought free WiFi but I paid over !! We enter each room still smelled our 2 room smoking I asked please room none smoke but mine changed still it well

Room was so clean and tidy. I stayed with my family. Hot and cold water were so good in bath. Breakfast was good enough when you compare with most of hotels. Reception personnel was so helpful for every needs. Car parking area was so wide and it was free. We used our car so I don’t have any idea for public transportation to Berlin city center. As a result, when you compare price and performance of hotel; it was highly recommended.
I really would have loved to give this hotel a high rating, because of the very low prices and the super friendly guy working in the reception. But no; those are the only 2 positive details.
The place was very close to the Tesla factory I am working. The area was nice, good place for running, hotel was clean and personal very friendly. Very good value for the money
