It's a wonderful quiet location. Although the hotel is old and doesn't have A/C, we were impressed by the size of the room and its zoning. It is very convenient when you travel with a toddler - you can sleep in one part of the room, and your child is on a cot in the other part. Finally the room had a bathtub which is a perfect way to relax after a long drive. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in Frankfurt area.
I’m totally surprised in a very good way with the Hotel Service provided by Schloss Hotel Herborn. Very large rooms, fully equipped, excellent breakfast, possibility of late check-out.
In addition i just forgot my expensive charger and they found and send it to my home adress in Germany within 2 days. I really appreciate that. Normally that’s not the case in most of the Hotels
We enjoyed our stay very much, the hotel is near the town center in walking distance to the train station and the castle as well as restaurants. The breakfast buffet was really good and the employees super friendly and professional. We would definitely come back. Rooms a little older, but clean and comfy.
Breakfast Buffet with great selections - i didn't expect the huge varieties that were offered. Dozens of bread and rolls, also gluten free.
Various styles of Eggs, cold cuts, smoked salmon, antipasti, caprese, cheeses, and so on. The overall offer was a level that i know from high price 5 star hotels.
I loved our stay! the Hotel has great location for the town center and the castle.
The rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is friendly, the breakfast has lots of options and it was very good.
Would definitelly stay again if we visit again!
Of course location is just amazing, everything is near by. And we stayed exactly in the heart of Herborn. Small hotel just with a small amount of rooms. There is no reception by itself so we had to check in in the bar near by.
Good size rooms and comfortable bed compared to other European hotels. Walkable to most of the town, including the train stop. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
