The host and her family are very friendly and always there for you to help or provide advice. We had booked 3 room apartment with 2 bedrooms. There was a kitchen with all you need, a balcony, parking the car is not a problem at all. You get an electronic key to the garage or if you wish so you can park directly in front of the house, there are few parking places as well. Bad Griesbach Therme are just 5-6 mins drive from Schwarz'n Hof, ALDI, EDEKA or Müller also the same 5-6 mins drive. It was an amazing week, especially for our daughter.
We have arrived around 8.30 pm. It is quite a bit from the motorway, I would say 10-15 km. On the arrival we couldn't find anyone who would open us the door. Hotel is big but not many guests staying there. It is very outdated and old, but clean. The room was spacious, the mattress, pillows were comfortable. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and had to stay in two rooms. I was a little bit concern of how safe that place is. The host was ok. It was the cheapest place in the area. We have paid 95euros for a night.

We had an amazing holiday, the apartment was very clean and tidy. We had beautiful views from the window and from the terrace. The weather was beautiful, we found fresh water, fruits and chocolate on the table!

Clean and nice room situated at a nice location at the therme very close to the Austrian border. There is a kichenette with the stove and a microvawe, dishes, utensils. Beautiful surroundings.
The staff was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast was Great. We visited the hotel with two small children and we had a very pleasant stay thank to the people working there.
