The lady at reception was kind. I thought I had booked an all female room but apparently I hadn't. She gave me a card which took me to a room with 4 beds and there were already 3 guys there. They were perfectly nice, but it was't the room I had asked for. So I went back down to the lady and she was very understanding and opened up a new room for me. So I ended up having a whole room to myself!

On arrival, there was an error with our room booking, however this was quickly corrected by the reception staff. Otherwise a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The Spa facilities were great, very clean and plenty of relaxation areas.

Nice and quiet place to stay near Frankfurt. Unfortunately we arrived so late that SPA was already closed.
We had some cocktails & dinner in the bar and they were really good.
Breakfast was very good with big variety of interesting food.
So if you preffere quiet & cozy place near Frankfurt then it is a good option.
