Small hotel in a quiet part of Gladbeck. Sizeable room in an annex building, with a calming garden view. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Huge shower area. Good lights in the main room, but better lighting for shaving would have been useful. The beer garden was a great experience, with excellent food. Very friendly staff. Ample parking.
Perfect location for us during a drive from the UK to east Germany, right beside the Autobahn. Huge hotel with great staff. Staff went out of their way to put us in a room that suited our needs (lots of equipment to load into the hotel, they gave us a room with a door directly to the carpark for easy loading in/out). The hotel is really good and clean and the staff is incredibly sweet! They are kind and great people who helped me when I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with big window and bathroom. The kitchen is also great, clean with dishwasher and other necessary items. I'm glad I stayed there and it was just amazing time
Hotel is close to a very nice green area (Wittringen). Always worth a visit. The forest is great for walking and jogging. You can also find nice places to eat there.
In the hotel the food is very good. You can find a very nice breakfast and good options also for dinner
There was a good restaurant and bar attached to the hotel serving food each evening. The hotel is on a bus route with regular buses to the town centre and train stations
