Exceptional service and relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable beds. Very friendly host. Truly a bavarian experience, very quiet location. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. I would definitely recommend having dinner here too, the food is authentic.

Interior design was good, the bars were nice—though it's a shame that the rooftop bar faces north/east (no sunset). Rooms were bright and well equipped.
Rooms were majestic and huge. Astonished by the size of the room and the antique furtinure and other decos. Decorated royally which makes you feel like a royal person at a Palace. Its quite and spacious. They have a really nice garden. Anytime available for help and guidelines if you call them. Really charming people at the Reception. Always ready to help. Rooms are clean and tidy. With the Schlüsselbox the check in was flexible.
