At the beginning I was afraid to reserve this hotel because it was new on booking. But when I arrive things changed. The hotel is family business running by Neco and his wife. The beds are very confortable, the room is nice with lot of fascilities. They clean the room everyday and put new towels every day, so they are giving 5 star hotel serice here. There is private parking place in front of the hotel. The place is very safe. Nearby within 2 minutes walking you have KFC and Mc Donalds also within 5 minutes walking you can go to different other restaurants and bars. Definitly I will go there again.

The apartment has everything someone would need for a week. It was perfectly clean and the keys were super easy to collect. Parking was also free on the street. It is a very nice neighborhood where you get to many places from and have something for your kids too.

There were a few fast good places locally and lidl supermarket next door.
An only slight negative was the parking that I didn't feel 100% secure leaving my car in overnight, as directly almost like public on-street parking...
The best thing about this hotel is the location - right off the motorway. Staff are always helpful and polite. It is also reasonably priced. We've never had any issues finding a parking space and they are under a roof. Outside, there is a small play park for kids. You can get a buffet breakfast for under 10 Euro. They also offer some fast food meals and there is a cafeteria. I'm rating it 8 as it suits our needs despite the decor and some cleanliness issues.
I needed a hotel in the Hannover area at a price within my budget. Clearly there was some big event on as most hotels were priced way above my budget on this particular night. This one at 150 Euros was affordable. Under different circumstances, this price for the standard of the hotel would be outrageous.

We were attending the HannoverMesse and we ended up in this hotel since we were 5 people travelling from the same company and it was really difficult to find a hotel with availability of 5 rooms during that week.
There is really good Greek restaurant next to hotel and great Chinese restaurant 5 minut walk far from a hotel. We foun beautifull Blue lake 3 km far from a hotel. You can swim there.
This is not the first time I stayed at this hotel and definitely will come back again. Hotel is clean. Good equipped. Quait. Comfortable. Very good breakfast and personel.
