The person of aceuil was really nice and helpful especially that we arrived very late in night.
It is in a quiet and calm area. So we could really rest.
Rooms were nice and comfortable, next to each other as we asked. Breakfast excellent. We are Muslims and we could find lot of food which we can eat. Children had their morning cereals and milk, me and my husband were eating eggs and cheese. Coffee and juice to drinks.

We have not stayed for long enough to form a reasoned opinion, but the behaviour, demeanour and attitude of the locals we encountered during a walk and food shopping were extremely negative.
The city seems depressed. Across the river on the Polish side was much more lively and friendly.
In short, I would stay here during a stop over to elsewhere, but there was nothing to make me think I would like to visit for the sake of visiting Frankfurt O Oder.
Very friendly staff. Other than expected in this country, they didn't annoy the guests with completely exaggerated Corona measuress.
The internet is free and it actually works. Don't rely on the mobile internet, since also in this aspect, Germany is lagging behind at least 20 years.
The restaurant wasn't open, because the regime doesn't allow them to open, otherwise they probably would have. Breakfast is offered, though and appears to be good.
I stayed at this hotel for one evening on my way to Poland for business, it is a simple clean place with a very nice and helpful staff. We checked in late due to traffic issues , the restaurant was already closed but the staff prepared us a delightful plate of cold cuts , vegetables and bread!

Easy access near railway station. Safe parking in the hotel yard. Very good breakfast for the reasonable amount. There are many options to get some meal from the station, even late hours. I like the bakery shop in the station, open from 4:30 on moning to 7 in the evening. Delicious breads and bakery products. Highly recommend 👌
First time that I had a hotel in Frankfurt/Oder. It is quite centrally located at only two tram stops from the train station. The tram stop is just opposite the hotel. I enjoyed WiFi to start and configurate my new mobile phone. Although the breakfast is rather continental, it was good and healthy start into 01 January 2024.
They have not responded to any of my queries. I missed my flight and contacted them at 7 am before check in to ask about a late check in. Its been over a month and still no response. I am not sure if this is a real hotel.
We arrived late (22:00), staff waited for us and were pleasant, breakfast was awesome for 13eu per person, so tasty and had a lot of options, hotel was nice, good location and promising.
The hotel is very well located near the center of the city and just next to a supermarket. The breakfast has a lot of variety and overall very tasty. Staff was very nice.
We liked that the staff was welcoming. Also, the breakfast was delicious. The beds were quite comfortable. The surroundings of the hotel were pleasant, green and quiet.
I liked the cleanliness on this hotel. The place is also in a good position. The hotel staff is really a nice person and be careful about the guests comfortability.
In general, it's fine, however, it was a different hotel. So I don't know how to value this hotel by staying in another.
