The staff is nice and helpful. The room is clean. The free apple and coffee in the lobby is nice. The free washer and dryer is exceptionally convenient for long stays. Room sound proof is better than most hotels.

What a very warm welcome we got from the nice receptionist. And the 2 waiters in the restaurant where more than serviceminded.
We had informed that we would bring our two dogs and when we checked in to the room we saw that the hotel had prepared at doggy planquet, a bowl and some snacks. That melts a dog owners heart for sure. The location from A9 is good and the area is quiet with big green spaces to walk the dogs.
The breakfast was ok but limited selection and coffee was so-so.

Wonderful staff, fantastic restaurant attached to the hotel. Comfortable room, and they were able to accommodate us for a second night at no notice. The food was fantastic, and the surrounding area beautiful.
En route to Italy this provided an excellent pit stop. The hotel is warmly decorated and very welcoming. The facilities are excellent including a lovely sauna and the restaurant served really good food.
