The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They provided help, even without me asking. The lady was even remembering the names of a couple of guests. The breakfast looks small but has a lot of fresh options. Food is replenished very fast and the provide choices you won't find anywhere else (mini mozzarella with tomatoes, ginger shots).

This is an unmanned motel not a hotel. The room was basic. Clean with fresh linen and towels as would be expected but with a minimum of hanging and shelf space, the bed on the soft side and an open Italian-style shower that when used sprayed water over most of the bathroom floor and the toilet. A nasty shock awaited guests who had reserved breakfast – which luckily we hadn’t. The breakfast room was closed and a sign at the entrance indicated that breakfast could be taken at a local café – no indication given of location or directions to find it. Not good value for money.

I stayed in Heilbronn one night for work and I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist was kind and patient. The atmosphere inside is very calming and refreshing. Despite being on a trafficked road, there was low noise from the cars and trains. The room was spacious and cosy. Especially the bathroom, which was clean, functional and beautiful. The themed room is a nice plus. Mine was Sydney.
