Breakfast was amazing with a large selection appealing to both adults and children. Rooms were very large with comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet room with very little street noise. There is a lovely playground on site and they had a large inflatable soccer goal set up where children could kick balls that would stick with velcro to the goal that was set up like a target. A great addition! We were a bit stressed on arrival as we were late to get to a wedding and the check in receptionist quickly and efficiently got us in our rooms so we could change and race to the wedding.

The hotel is a short way from motorway 1 /exit no. 60/Wildeshausen.
Our room was in a separate building that looked a little old-fashioned on entry, but the room itself was delightful and the shower hot, with good pressure. Superb breakfast buffet and very nice evening meal. Very clean, staff very friendly and courteous. We felt it represented very good value for money. This hotel has been run by the same family for 130 years, they've clearly worked through all the bugs many times over!

The property and the surrounding grounds were magnificent, so beautiful. We traveled with the dog, he had a great time running around, he was also greeted by the staff just like another person.. Amazing..

Smart, clean and functional. The atmosphere is like a country hotel, you are aware of the clean executive nature of the main building., while the rooms are spread across a number of building in a forested area where one can relax after a long journey. Staff are just the best!!!!
