Very Clean facility. Breakfast is great and plentiful. Self check-in was very trusting because we arrived passed what we anticipated. There's a small Patio outside our room. We have 2 folding bike we needed to assemble and the patio was a God sent.

The staff were exceptionally lovely! I had the double room and it was very clean and quiet. I had a really good sleep. I would definitely go back there if I was in the area.

Cute and small town. Good for a couple of hours' visit. It mostly seems like a stop over town for people on bicycle trips. Also, on Sunday afternoon everyone seems to gather at cafes for extravagant ice cream sundaes.
A true 5 star hotel: From the first class (and friendly) check-in to the quality of every fixture and fitting, this is a really impressive hotel.
I particularly liked the gym facilities. A huge range of high end equipment, and there was a separate room to use for yoga/ personal exercise (when not used for classes), the pool was lovely with many places to sit or lounge by.
The restaurant was beautiful. The food was healthy and inventive, the wine selection impressive.
Every member of staff I met was helpful and friendly .
Great location in the woods outside Donaueschingen - feels remote, but only 15-20 min walk (5 min drive) to the town. The guest house is welcoming and well equipped, plenty of parking, easy out of hours access to keys (and great communication from staff). The apartment we had was spacious and well equipped, with views to the woods and the town. Comfortable beds and very clean. LoveLy bathroom. Would definitely stay again if we return to this area.
This is a lovely hotel, a short (20-30mins) walk out of town but nicely situated for walking around the rivers that come together to form the source of the Danube. We would have given it an even higher score if the kitchen had not been closed for refurbishment.
If arriving by train, there is an hourly connection for the short journey from Donaueschingen station to Donaueschingen Allmendshofen - a request halt right next to the hotel.
This hotel was perfect for me - I was on a train for 7 hrs, ran a 10K in Bräunlingen, then walked to Donaueschingen, and this place provided exactly the satisfying rest I needed. The staff were so pleasant (and spoke English, which made my life easier), everything was straightforward, the decor was very fun, and the room was clean, super comfy, and quiet. It was excellent value for money and I would absolutely stay there again.
Very loud nights even with closed window on the highway side. The staff was very friendly and helped us to change the room to the other side of hotel. It was better, but there was a wedding till 12 am. The breakfast ist not rich and the variety of food can finish quicky. The amazing part and very romantic is to watch the pilots from jets during the breakfast.
A perfect property for the two of us! Perfect location (on the edge of a forest) with outside space, the apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. A great location for walking and cycling. We walked into Donaueschingen (and back) and walked to the train station too. Would definitely book again!
We wanted to see the Donau Quelle, which was very close to hotel.
The room was fine. However it was very hot, and even a fan wasn't enough. Need some kind of AC.
The restaurant was apparently separately run, and although the food was good, the service was very spotty.
Clean and cozy single room was perfect for a solo traveler. I was cycling along the Danube and they have ample secure bicycle parking! The staff were kind and helpful. The location is fantastic right in the center of Donaueschingen. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.

Nice new and clean hotel on outskirts of town. Room was comfortable and well designed, and breakfast as outstanding (full buffet with eggs to order and amazing mueseli bar with nuts; fruits, and two maple syrup!)
The staff at the Flair Hotel Grüner Baum were really pleasant and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and good efforts were made to supply locally sourced food. A very comfortable stay.
Nice option in Donaueschingen. Stayed while traveling with bike and they had secure storage. Big room also had a fan which was nice since it was pretty warm. Also had elevator. Very friendly staff.
Good location and the breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very accommodating. We arrived at 9:00 and we decided to stay 1 additional day. The hotel even has koi ponds inside.
This is beautiful traditional German hotel. We had a room with a balcony and flowers which was lovely. The breakfast was excellent. And the shower fantastic
