Everything was brilliant. It is an exceptional place to stay. Very interesting, spacious characterful self contained cottage come suite in old half timbered house of which there were several. This place is difficult to describe, you just have to go there , it is amazing. Excellent breakfast in the most amazing room and two different restaurants and a very discreet takeaway. We had a fabulous meal in a restored water mill room.

Quiet location close to hiking trails. Very comfortable bed and the fridge was very useful. Nice shower. Host speaks perfect English and very hospitable. Fast internet connection for telework. Breakfast was no problem. I took my own toaster and cereal with me and had wonderful breakfast every morning.

The place is lovely and feels like a home. Everything one might need is there. The kitchen is very complete, and I didn't need anything else, the couch was big and comfy, wood was waiting for a fire if one wants to light the fireplace, and the dining room space was much bigger than appeared in pictures.
