The location was great for walking around Heidelberg. On the patio, one can see the Castle on top of the hill which is impressive all lit up at night. Breakfast had good variety. The Hotel was actually on upper levels of Parking Garage, which was surprising.

Staff were very accommodating. Location and atmosphere of this place are virtually unmatched! Breakfast was great, staff had no problem delivering it to the suite and were right on time. Jacuzzi was really nice in sunny weather and private setting (private garden) and the pleasant staff were very accommodating in preparing it for us and, honestly, in all of our wishes they were just very helpful. This is mostly aimed towards being a residence (long-term stays), and despite the fact that we only stayed there for one night, the stay/staff were impeccable. The residents of the place that we ran into were pleasant and chill. There were some nice supercars parked in the lot which I assume belonged to them.

This cosy hotel in Heidelberg is just a 5-minute walk from the main university building and library, within easy reach of the Hauptstrasse shopping street and sights including the palace.

Amazing location . Very comfortable with a good sized room. Amazing views. We did not have breakfast but we did have a lovely meal in the restaurant. You can take the funicular from the town centre but this was not working at the time. We took the bus from BismarkPlatz - they run hourly and take half an hour. This was good value and cheaper than the funicular. This was in April. As far as we could see there was nothing in the area to buy food etc but this was not a problem.
