The Hotel Manager on reception made us feel very welcome. She was particularly helpful and pleasant. The bed was very comfy. The room, bathroom and kitchen were spotless. If you are self catering there is a good supermarket 100 metres away. The breakfast was of a high standard and eggs were cooked to order. I would most definitely stay again. It was very good value. There was a lock up garage to store our bicycles safely overnight.

Nice looking downtown but no night live after 18:00.
Nice looking downtown but no night live after 18:00. Everything is closed. Too many banks, clothing shops but lack of nice restaurants in the city. We had late dinner at pizza house that do not accept bank cards. Nowadays it’s really strange but it’s marked on the entry door.

Nice hotel, if it was a budget hotel.
Nice hotel, if it was a budget hotel. Photos don't match with reality, especially the breakfast. At 8am, there was only bread and egg and jam left. The interior could use some renovation on some places.
Maybe the gym besides the hotel is nice.
Nice shower. Wifi was okay, but not good.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and the staff were as always, polite and friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a big and varied selection.
The rooms are a good size, and there is tea and coffee available on the ground floor.
The public areas of the hotel are nicely decorated with themes of the seasons
Nice hotel with nice staff. The room & breakfast were very good. It is in the center of town, so when you want to sleep with the windows open, there is noise. If you close the windows, it is quiet. Cloppenburg itself is not a pretty place (or maybe we didn't find the pretty spots). Good stopover hotel.
It was a great place and I would definitely return if I need a place to stay in Cloppenburg. The hosts were great, they didn't bother me at all. It was clean and pleasant, I felt at home. Definitely worth it's price. I reccomened it if you're on a budget but you still wanna stay somewhere nice!
Nice friendly staff, even if little English - moved her car out of the car park so I could park in secure yard - beyond the call of duty!
Interesting town with several restaurants but sadly NOT a single German one. That was a pity but not hotel's fault.
The reception is very helpful and gives a lot of attention.
The room in hotel site Haus II was very nice with a lot of space, a beautiful and modern bathroom. The room has good facilities for elderly guests.
The staff was exceptional nice! We had a great stay and the owner took a lot of care to make us feel comfortable. The facilities were very clean and you feel that the hotel is managed with love and care.
