Extremely clean and well kept motel, every piece of furniture and bathroom like just bought from a shop. The host & hostess were so kind and helpful I felt I have to come back as soon as possible. Rheinsteig-path goes right behind the hotel.

The location next to the railway station (pictured - including our train on arrival, the driver hopped out to take a picture too!!) could not be faulted - in the rain when we arrived it was probably three minutes' walk. And indeed, when we left a couple of mornings later, the short walk to the station was appreciated! We had a warm welcome although there was some kind of office function going on and the lobby and bar area were jam packed and noisy. The hotel is very modern and functional, does not have a restaurant except for breakfast - which acutally is excellent with a wide choice for every taste. The room and bed were comfrotable, but no frills - for instance, no coffee facility in the room. However it and the shower room were absolutely spotless.

Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Koblenz Hbf, and I will definitely stay there again. I did have the breakfast but for, I think, 17 euros, I thought it was overpriced. Next time I'll go to Yorma's in the station. The room was fine, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Loved a separate room with a single bed. Also the breakfast was good.
Friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Personal touch at breakfast time is lovely, plentiful amount of food and if you don't eat it all you can pack up and take with you, which is great for cyclists or a journey home.
Great bar situated on the Rhine a short distance away, easy walk to Marksburg Castle from the hotel. A few good restaurants within walking distance.
Boppard river ferry is a short distance away for days out.
Recommend asking for a quiet room as you can hear traffic noise at the front of the hotel.
The lady who manages the hotel is a treasure. I will be back next September with my wife.
The room was brilliant; very cozy and modern. The breakfast was the best so far after 12 days hiking the Rheinburgenweg and Rheinsteig. The location is right on the Rheinsteig and just off the Altstadt…perfect. I really hated to leave in the morning rain.
My Treasure, the manager, asked me to take a ssndwich from the breakfast for lunch. Then she gave me an apple when I checked out. This place knows how to make you feel at home.

Lovely hotel to relax and chill.. Right on the Rhyne. Watching the boats go by. Food Lovely Roberto and his wife were lovely. Very clean hotel pretty garden with sunbeds and deck chairs to relax on. Jetty a few minutes walk away . There's a lovely out door bar on the jetty. Serves chips and German sausages. Live bands play outside .
Great and historical hotel. Owner was very accomodating of our late checkin and provided us with an excellent and even more convenient set of rooms than we'd booked. The breakfast was great, the hotel charming, and the town center and location on the Rhine lovely. I highly recommend.
