The Michelin-starred restaurant was amazing. And even though I was a solo traveler and diner, the staff treated me like I was the most important guests there. Everyone was so very friendly and helpful. It is very walkable (and safe) to the train station, and easy to get to Stuttgart and airport, as well as Tübingen. Although Ehningen doesn't have any sights, there is a large meadow across from the hotel for taking walks.

Böblingen is adjacent to a large industrial area but does have a certain amount of character. There seem to be a variety of restaurants, some not currently open because of Covid 19 but we found a good Italian restaurant with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, well spaced out for Social distancing. We would definitely stop there again for an overnight if on a long drive.
The hotel is very welcoming and clean. Situated in a nice surrounding area with lots of opportunities for hiking around. Rooms are very cosy and in very good condition. Staff is friendly and helpful. The best about the hotel is the restaurant (food). Fantastic German (Swabian) cuisine of exceptional taste and quality. The restaurant is worth a try even if you do not stay for a sleepover at the hotel.
Great concept, perfect for an extended business trip. Choose the restaurant or pop across to the supermarket and then cook yourself whatever you want in your well equipped kitchen. I have stayed in hotels before that advertise cooking facilities in the rooms, if you can count a microwave, toaster and kettle as a kitchen. This hotel has a real kitchen and utensils in each room. The choice is yours👍
This hotel was fabulous this our second stay! We were able to walk to town but less noise since it wasn't in town. The garden area was beautiful for sitting outside with beer and wine in afternoon. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and lounging space. The staff were very friendly and helpful with getting to tourists areas. We Tried Spatzle To go and very pleased!
The apartment was lovely ! Everything was great ! It had everything someone could need ! and it was very clean ! Diana was lovely and the apartment was really great ! It is exactly as it is shown to the photos and even much better ! The location is 20 minutes walking to the main train station in Böblingen, which you could very easily walk ! Definitely i will return !
absolute first class accommodations. spacious, super clean, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, washer/dryer, private garage parking for one car next to the apartment. accommodating host. super close to Panzer base. 15 minutes walking to downtown Boblingen area. little playground across from the apartment. highly recommend if looking in this area.

Great Rooms, great food - overall a nice Hotel experience. It is not the most modern Hotel but it has its charm and the ambience fits :)
And for Business travellers - internet speed is nice and you can have videoconferences and larger down-/uploads with no issues.
Great location. Simple, no frills hotel. Staff (owners) friendly and personable. Very good breakfast and dining area. Room was fine and clean. I forgot an item when I departed and the owner contacted me and then mailed it to me. I owe them 5 euros which I'll repay the next time I stay here.
Great location for everything car. Made a mistake by booking Classic hotel because they do not have air conditioning…very hot weather and they would offer refund or move to an air conditioned room in the other hotel.
The staff was fantastic! Very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Staying in the Böhler felt more like staying at my best friend’s house than at an impersonal hotel. 100% recommend!
