We chose this hotel specifically because Booking.com showed us that there was a restaurant with dinner and breakfast. When we arrived after 11 hours of driving, we were told that the restaurant was closed and there was a 15 minute walk to the center where we could find something to eat. Also, there was no breakfast, which meant that we had to go to the local supermarket (where the coffee machine was broken) to get a couple of buns to eat on the go.

We only travelled into the hotel and didn't leave the hotel until the Sunday morning when we returned to our own home, so only travelled from the Autobahn to the hotel and then back out to the Autobahn, so we didn't see Bielefeld at all.

It is ok to be there only when we have not other options and next thing is that i had booked it the same day and according to the facilities provided price was too much so my family left after 2 days.Most basic things like soap ,towels, brushes and even warmwater for baby was not provided after asking several times. In nutshell i can say zero facility only room provided for 78euros per night and nothing else. My family was able to sleep properly because of comfortable bed that was the only facility. I threw my money into dustbin.

The pedestrian city centre access makes it a pleasant area to stroll around the shops, bars and restaurants. With bus and tram transport facilities available, it is a bonus for local movement. Even with a car, access to the Alte Stadt/Haupt Bahnhoff area was not too difficult with ample parking available.

I can only give a bad review about Bielefeld. There was a big funfair and we couldn't see anything from the town. The whole center was closed for cars.
My father, who can't walk far, could not walk far enough to see anything in the citycenter.Funfair everywhere!
When there is no funfair it wil be a wonderful city to visit, but we had bad luck...
I was very impressed by the excellent services provided at this hotel in Bielefeld. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to all my needs, ensuring that I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. Additionally, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of my room and the modern facilities offered, which contributed to my pleasant experience in Bielefeld.
The property very good and accommodated my family quite well. The master bedroom was exceptional but required more cleaning around the wall. The smaller bedroom was good but the bed need changing. In all, it was comfortable and I'm sure I will book this property when next I return to Germany.
The hotel was very located for the wedding we wanted to attend, as it was a little outside Bielefeld. The rooms are quite nice, the beds really comfortable and the location is really surrounded by nature. The food is also good, but calculate on some time as the kitchen is rather small.
Just use the check-in machine.the reception open at 5 pm. If you arrive earlier.maybe you can’t stay your luggages or bags in the hotel,because you can’t enter the hotel.they just depend on machine no services at all.the staff lack of regard.
