Temperature in the room was confortable 22 degres ,NOT to Hot.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The wifi was more than OK (no problem watching full HD videos). The surroundings is nature which is nice for me. There was simply no problem. I enjoyed it so much I rented it for another day.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the main railway station, which is very close. This makes it a convernient place to stop-over on a long train journey or when making an early start by train. Although the hotel is adjacent to the bus station and close to the railway station, I found my room well sound-proofed and very quiet. The room was a good size and had all the facilities I needed. The staff were helpful and pleasant and spoke good English when my German was lacking. The buffet breakfast was good and the breakfast area not too crowded.

Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Koblenz Hbf, and I will definitely stay there again. I did have the breakfast but for, I think, 17 euros, I thought it was overpriced. Next time I'll go to Yorma's in the station. The room was fine, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The best part of our stay was the hotel room and the staff. The room was modern, very well appointed and immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Lutz, the manager, made us feel very welcome. He has a great knowledge of the area, in particular the wines and wineries, and made many suggestions for our future stays.
The only aspect of our stay that the host could improve, in our view, is the manning of the reception. There was no-one on the reception when we arrived at 19:15 and no-one attended after ringing the desk bell. We had to go and look for someone to assist us. That said, we will most definitely stay at the Romantic Hotel Villa Sayn again.
Very spacious suit room with a separate room for kids. They have toys and books. Very beautiful area and surroundings. Forest, green, climbing place in the forest right behind the hotel. Comfortable parking.
We arrived a little earlier checkin time. There is a phone on the door that you can call. A nice lady on the phone arrived in 5 min. Explained and showed everything.
Breakfast place is super close. Nice walk of 3 min. In a beautiful place too, along a stream in the forestry area.
The historic building is very nice and romantik as its name states. We had a suite with sauna. The suite was large, having a saina in your room makes the whole sauna expereience very comforable.
We had dinner in the hotel at Saturday night and all three of the staff were sehr attentive, polite and helpful. The food was excellent too.
Honestly, amazing location for price/quality, the residence was basic (not a hotel) but complete, clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Lovely location. Next time I pass the area I'll stay here again
Breakfast is in a hotel 300m from the abbey, very good. Abbey is in calm area - though a big event was prepared and hence a lot of noise of car transporting all kinds of stuff. Room was big, bathroom too. Bed perfect
