This is a small quiet township mostly used for holidays or health recovery stays. It has a nice waterfront park with an open air museum and children's playground, you can also book a ship cruise from there. Getting around on foot is easy enough. There are lots of good breakfast options in the various cafes and bakeries in town. You can start several walks or cycling tours from here.

Everything is really very beautiful, over expectation. Our appartement was very spacious, clean, the decoration , the furnitures in the apartment were very nice and comfortable. You can find everything in the apartments what necessary for a very good vacation .The garden is also very nice , beautiful flowers everywhere. The location of the Villa is central, you can leave your car in the parking place of the Villa and can go on foot to discover Bad Zwischenahn. I think, Villa 1912 is the best choice for friends, for families stying in BZA.
This is the best holiday flat that I have stayed in anywhere in Germany in this price category.
The flat was clean and well stocked with everything one needs for a short break.
Location was excellent , picturesque and quiet and only ten minutes by foot into the town.
The owner picked us up from the railway station and was very helpful, explaining the local facilities.

Exceptional host. We have been travelling around Germany for three full months now and this is the best service we have had so far. Perfect location as the building is located just across the road from a bus stop with a direct line going to Oldenburg. The property boasts spaciousness, it’s very clean, provides every comfort of modern living and benefits from some gorgeous views of the nearby stadium.
Comfortable, clean room with an equipped bathroom and a nice view from the balcony. Very high variety of food, fantastic tastes, and perfect quality. The spa area is highly equipped with different choices of sauna types, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a comfortable relaxing area. No doubt, this hotel is an excellent choice
The owner (Herr Winter) graciously made a trip to the hotel to let me into my room when I accidentally locked myself out by leaving the key in the room and the door closed behind me. I really liked the availability of a soda stream machine which dispensed fresh, cold soda water and a phone in the lobby that guests could use.
The room was excellent. The Staff were great and very helpful. The food was outstanding, we had an evening meal and the breakfast. The choice at breakfast was the best I have every been offered at a hotel.
Room and services good. A bit isolated but that’s the charm. There is a restaurant next door. Exceptional breakfast. Flower garden 40 minute walk. Ferry stop to Oldenburg right at hotel.
Fantastic location and super friendly host. Loved the level of attention to detail, a very hotel like experience with the intimacy of a boutique property. Will definitely stay again.
