Did not have time to eat b'fast. Had to check-out 6:30AM. This is my quiet retreat after a long drive all the way from Czech Republic - on highways, that were either in terrible condition or - already closed for repairs. Quiet, easy to park - and coffee waiting in my room. This was my second - but certainly, not my last stay.

This is an incredible Hotel, a former castle, a little of the beaten path. The whole interior appears still to be original and all the rooms where just re-built, all brand new. I also liked the small park. Unfortunately I only stayed there for one night and spontaneously.

This wonderful privately run old manor house, now a Hotel, in the middle of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania is just awesone. I love what the owners, an elderly very nice couple (and their dog) made out of it, their eye for detail and the history of the place. Although it is pretty remote, though the highway A20 is not far away, which gives pretty quick access to more busy places, it is for sure worth staying there, to find solitude.
