We loved the Minden Cathedral and the old city which was easily reached by bus. We also enjoyed the river and there was a great river cruise which took us through the lock and into the canal above the river. The Amanda Ferry crossing was fun.. We enjoyed local markets and a wine festival.

Lovely spa town in the heart of Northrhine-Westphalia. The Bali Therme is well worth a visit for the chance to swim in the natural spa waters. The town is full of cafes and restaurants that offer a typically welcoming German fare.
Next to Kurpark, 10 min. walking distance to Bahnhof Bad Oeynhausen main station. Comfortable rooms and bed . Very clean bathroom & wc. All necessary furniture is in the house. Wi-Fi connection and Netflix free. Kitchen is excellent. Terrace entrance from the room is comfortable. Check in was so easy. The owner of this house is so kind and helpful. He gave the all necessary infos, via mail and whatsap and phone call immediately.
A very spacious apartment located in the center of Bad Oeynhausen. You reach the station in less than 10 minutes and there are many cafes and restaurants only a few metres away. The apartment is very nicely decorated and and also well equipped (full modern kitchen with a coffee machine, tv, wlan, hairdryer, etc.) It really exceeded our expectations!
Excellent location: close to train station, central bus station across the street, and mainly in close walking distance to excellent restaurants, downtown shopping and the Kurpark.

The appartement was clean and spacious with good facilities. The communication with the host was very smooth. The location is really nice as it is not far from Bali Therme and also has a big football field with playground in the area, which for our kids was a great add-on.
