The staff accommodated our needs for kids without even asking. We had only asked for a baby bed, but we found also many other useful things in the room - such as bottle warmer and diaper changing cover. The room was also very big which was a great thing for a family with two small children.

A very stylish apartment, but it presents a few problems! The living is difficult with each of the rooms stacked on top of each other and the stairs between floors are difficult ie. narrow, twisting, slippery!
We considered them to be potentially quite dangerous! The bedroom which is on the top floor is very spartan - some draws & a mirror would be good…
We thought that we had booked a double room for the night , it turned out to be a very spacious apartment with a large everything ,with a good view from the balcony. The staff were very helpful with information on how to get to the town so that we could explore, also they laid on free coffee and cake for all the guests at three o'clock. the breakfast was so varied and plentiful ,a great way to start your day. And as a bonus it turned out to be the best value for money of all the hotels we stayed at on our holiday. would certainly go back.
It was a last minute booking at the hotel as we were travelling towards our destination and traffic got really bad. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast in the morning was adequate. Best service came afterwards when we left one of the car keys at the table during breakfast and only found out when we were already 5 hours further down the road. They sent it back to our home address and it arrived there safely around the time we came back home.
modern hotel in the city center, underground parking 10 eur / night, small room with a heat pump (there is no central heating) which did not manage to ensure a pleasant temperature in the room, I felt a bit cold. Don't try to have breakfast, at 10 eur it's not worth it, you can go next door to a backerei and eat elegantly for 6 or 7 eur including a good coffee
the hotel was right next to a beautiful park and in short walking distance to the city centre. Everything was so fine, the room much bigger than expected and breakfast was just with everything you could dream of.. and parking at the hotel.. and a very friendly and helpful staff. There was a spa area but we were only staying for one night, så we didn't use it.
This is a wonderful place to stay at during your visit to Bad Hersfeld - right in the city center with all the places to visit right in front of your doorstep. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and super clean, and has everything you need. The host is super responsive and friendly.
Very nice and large room, with very large bathroom. It feels more like a small apartment rather than a standard hotel room.

The breakfast was consistent the staff at the breakfast bar were warm and welcoming. The rooms are quiet. The location is kind of special as it backs on to an ancient wall and the street leading there is adorable classic small town Germany.
Beautiful hotel with restaurant, in a beautiful city. Everything was very good, authentic and german-like (this is a plus). The only minus (although I understand this is probably impossible due to some regulations, I am sure) - no AC.
Nothing, really. This hotel might be okay if you're a dwarf or an elf. I kept banging my head. The breakfast lady was nice. Otherwise the staff gave the impression that they'd rather be working somewhere else; not that I blame them.
Excellent breakfast in close-by Kurparkhotel; room was spacious and clean; nice bath room; had a small refrigerator (a plus) great location; short walk to downtown. I am biased since it is my hometown.
